Like all UWS products, the cargo carrier is built from quality aluminum, featuring a fully welded design for maximum strength. The base is also reinforced with a heavy-duty beam design, giving it even greater strength and a weight capacity rating of 500 lbs. The UWS cargo carrier makes cargo management as convenient as possible with its hitch-mounted design. It is equipped with a 2" x 2" shank to fit into any 2" x 2" receiver tube opening. Once installed, the cargo carrier provides excellent security for your items, featuring 6" tall walls for attaching bungee cords, rope or a cargo net. For the ultimate storage security solution, the cargo basket can also accept the UWS cargo carrier tool box #TBC-48-DD.
